In this role, I led two mobile teams, and the situation evolved to include mobile teams providing health and psychological awareness sessions in several areas of rural Damascus and rural Homs.

My responsibilities included:

Coordinating with key personnel in the targeted areas;

Preparing monthly plans in collaboration with the teams; and

Submitting periodic reports on the teams' work to the center coordinator (when, where, why, and how).

Conducted door-to-door household assessments to evaluate needs related to shelter conditions, livelihoods, and food security.

Collected and analyzed field data using the KOBO platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Reported findings and recommendations to the team leader to support response planning and project targeting.

Engaged directly with vulnerable families to identify priorities and provide feedback on assistance needs.

I managed a youth support project across five centers in (Nashabiyah, Jaramana, Raqqa, and Deir ez-Zor). This project provided educational and vocational training courses for young people, in addition to implementing several community initiatives, offering grants, and integrating youth into the labor market. My role can be summarized as follows:

- Supervising Tasks and prepare reports.

- Monitoring the coordination and implementation of community and youth initiatives on the ground

- Training of 250 employees of the work team on a course (TOT) On sexual exploitation and abuse

Through this position, I worked on following up on four diverse projects, including (a mobile medical clinic - a fixed hospital in Al-Hol camp - a child protection project in Al-Hol camp - distributing food rations in several areas of Ghouta and Idlib).
