Workforce Performance Dashboard

Designed and developed an interactive Power BI dashboard to monitor workforce performance and safety compliance. The project features an "Executive Overview" for high-level management insights and "Performance Details" for granular employee-level analysis. Key metrics include field execution, engagement scores, and safety observations (SWA/BBS), enabling data-driven decisions to enhance productivity and organizational safety.
