In this project, I focused on answering a critical business question for telecom companies:

"What are the main factors that drive customers to churn?"

Using Power BI, I built a dashboard that highlights key KPIs such as

📊 Churn rate vs. customers

📈 Tenure and its impact on customer retention

🔍 Service type (Internet, Phone, etc.) and its effect on churn behavior

💡 Actionable insights to identify the segments most at risk of leaving

The goal was not only to display numbers but also to turn raw data into clear insights that can guide better decisions and improve customer experience.
