Pizza Sales Dashboard

Overview

Interactive dashboard analyzing pizza sales performance, customer preferences and ordering trends. Surfaces top-selling items, category and size performance, and monthly sales patterns in a single filterable view.

The Problem

Sales data was scattered across raw transaction logs with no easy way to see which items, sizes or categories drove revenue. Management needed a quick view of best sellers, seasonality and ordering behavior to inform menu and promotion decisions.

Approach

Cleaned and consolidated raw pizza order data, standardizing categories, sizes and dates.

Built KPI logic for top 10 orders, sales by category and sales by size.

Designed a monthly trend chart to surface seasonality and demand peaks.

Added a category share donut and sub-category bar breakdown.

Wired up interactive slicers for Category, Size and Date for self-serve exploration.
