Built an end-to-end 3-page interactive Power BI dashboard analyzing a global survey of 629 data professionals, uncovering insights across demographics, career satisfaction, and industry trends.

Who Are the Respondents?

The survey captured professionals aged 18–66 (avg. 30), earning between $20K–$187.5K (avg. $53,411), predominantly based in the United States, working mainly as Data Analysts, and identifying as 74.4% Male. The majority hold a Bachelor's degree (60.57%), and over half have switched careers into data.

What Do They Prioritize?

Better Salary ranks as the #1 career priority, followed by Remote Work and Work/Life Balance. Python is overwhelmingly the preferred programming language (~400 voters), followed by R and Other languages.

How Satisfied Are They?

On a scale of 0–10, professionals rated their satisfaction highest in Work-Life Balance (6.0) and Co-Workers (5.86), while Salary satisfaction scored the lowest (4.0) — signaling a clear gap between compensation expectations and reality.
