Project Overview:
Developed a full Learning Management System (LMS) to digitize and manage SCCI seasonal activities, connecting participants, instructors, and administrators in one unified platform.
The Problem:
Manual management of workshops, tasks, and attendance caused inefficiency, lack of organization, and difficulty in tracking progress.
My Solution:
- Built a complete system using Native PHP with an MVC-like architecture
- Designed a role-based access system (Participants, Instructors, Admins, IT)
- Developed dedicated dashboards for each user type
- Implemented task submission, grading, and feedback system
- Created attendance tracking and content management features
Performance Focus:
- Lightweight architecture without heavy frameworks
- Clean and structured code for better performance
- Optimized database structure using MySQL
Technologies:
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL
Result:
A scalable, fast, and well-structured system that improved workflow efficiency and user experience across all roles.
Real-World Usage:
The platform is live on a real domain and has been used by 300+ active users, handling real workflows including authentication, dashboards, task submissions, and evaluations.
Note:
This system was built with scalability in mind and can be extended with advanced features such as gamification and analytics.
