Developed a color-coded payment register with real-time status indicators, clearly distinguishing between paid, pending finance approval, and critical items at a glance.

Designed automated summary tables breaking down procurement spend by project and by material type, using advanced Excel formulas including SUMIF, SUMIFS, COUNTIF, and cross-sheet references.
