Axis Plaza Mall

Axis Plaza Mall is a modern commercial development designed to create a dynamic destination that combines retail, dining, and entertainment within an efficient and well-coordinated environment. The project aimed to enhance user experience while ensuring smooth circulation, optimized space utilization, and high design coordination.

As the BIM Engineer, I used BIM to improve coordination and address key design and planning challenges:

• Developed a structured BIM model using Autodesk Revit to enhance visualization and replace fragmented 2D drawings

• Identified and resolved design clashes early, reducing potential execution issues

• Organized the model to enable accurate quantity takeoffs and data extraction

• Supported planning by aligning BIM outputs with scheduling workflows

• Improved team coordination through a clear, centralized 3D model

These contributions helped deliver a more coordinated, efficient, and data-driven project workflow.
