This project focuses on analyzing employee data to uncover meaningful insights that support better workforce management and decision-making. The dataset was cleaned and organized to ensure accuracy, followed by exploratory data analysis using Microsoft Excel.

The analysis highlights key patterns such as employee distribution, performance trends, and factors that may influence productivity. Visualizations and pivot tables were used to simplify complex data and present clear, actionable insights.

This project demonstrates strong skills in data analysis, data cleaning, and transforming raw data into valuable business insights.
