Banking Data Analysis & Interactive Dashboard (Power BI)

This project focuses on analyzing banking data to understand customer behavior, financial performance, and operational insights.

I started by preparing the dataset to ensure accuracy:

cleaned inconsistent records

handled missing values

structured the data for analysis

Then I built an interactive dashboard to explore key business insights such as:

customer segmentation and activity

transaction patterns and trends

account balances and financial behavior

performance indicators across different categories

I also used DAX to create dynamic KPIs and measures, making the dashboard more insightful and interactive.

The design was built using custom icons and visual assets to create a clean and modern user experience.

This project reflects a full workflow from raw data to meaningful business insights.
