I developed a complete recruitment platform that allows companies to post jobs and manage applications in an organized and user friendly way. The project included building clear user interfaces, developing an admin dashboard for managing jobs and applicants, integrating the database, and implementing core features such as creating job posts, updating them, receiving applications, and reviewing candidate data.

I also integrated AI into the system to analyze CVs, automatically extract key information, and generate structured candidate profiles. This helped simplify applicant review and speed up the recruitment process.

The project was built using Angular, ASP Dot Net Core, and SQL Server, with a strong focus on clean architecture, performance, usability, and scalability.

قمت بتطوير منصة توظيف متكاملة لإدارة الوظائف وطلبات التقديم، تتضمن لوحة تحكم لإدارة الوظائف والمتقدمين وربطًا كاملًا مع قاعدة البيانات. كما قمت بدمج الذكاء الاصطناعي لتحليل ملفات السيرة الذاتية واستخراج البيانات منها تلقائيًا وتحويلها إلى بروفايل منظم للمرشح، مما يساعد على تسريع الفرز وتحسين تجربة التوظيف. تم تطوير المشروع باستخدام Angular و ASP Dot Net Core و SQL Server مع التركيز على الأداء والتنظيم وقابلية التوسع.
