It includes secure authentication, role-based access (Admin & Employee), and an interactive dashboard that provides real-time insights into payroll statistics such as total salaries, taxes, and average earnings.

The application is built using Vanilla JavaScript with Local Storage for data persistence and features a modern, responsive UI using Bootstrap and custom glassmorphism design.
