This project delivers an interactive sales dashboard for a large multi-branch superstore across Egypt, covering total sales of 18,434,238 EGP, across 480 transactions and 9,049 units sold. The dashboard includes monthly sales trend analysis, branch performance comparison across five locations (Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Mansoura, Assiut), and top-selling products per branch. It empowers sales teams and management to make data-driven strategic decisions to optimize performance and resource allocation.
