This project presents an interactive HR Attrition Dashboard designed to analyze employee turnover within the organization. The dashboard provides clear insights into attrition trends, employee demographics, and key factors influencing workforce retention to support better HR decision-making.

The dataset was cleaned, transformed, and prepared using Power Query, then analyzed and visualized using Excel and DAX through dynamic charts and KPIs. The dashboard also includes interactive filters that allow users to explore the data by gender, department, and other key attributes.

Total Employees & Attrition Overview:

Provides a summary of total employees, total attrition, attrition rate, and active employees for a quick understanding of workforce status.

Attrition by Age Group & Gender:

Analyzes how employee turnover varies across different age groups and between male and female employees.

Shows the distribution of attrition based on employees’ educational background to identify trends related to qualifications.

Attrition by Department:

Highlights departments with the highest attrition rates to help focus retention strategies.

Attrition by Business Travel:

Examines the relationship between travel frequency and employee turnover.

Attrition by Work Distance:

Analyzes how commuting distance impacts employee attrition.
