Hotel Guest Insights Dashboard

Used Power Query to analyze more than 1,900 guest records in order to assess Net Promoter Score (NPS) and customer satisfaction trends, allowing for a better comprehension of visitor behavior and experience.

In order to prepare raw data for more in-depth analysis and reporting, it was cleaned and transformed to guarantee accuracy and consistency.

created a fully interactive dashboard that makes it simple for stakeholders to keep an eye on important performance indicators, such as staff performance, room quality, and facility ratings.

carried out a thorough analysis to find trends in client feedback, emphasizing the advantages and disadvantages of various service areas.

segmented visitor data to find information about customer loyalty and satisfaction levels, enabling focused enhancements.

found important elements affecting the overall visitor experience and offered practical suggestions to improve customer retention and service quality.

To simplify complicated data and aid in decision-making, clear and expert data visualizations (KPIs, charts, and summaries) were created.
