Salary Management System (Gestion des Salaires)

I recently developed a complete Salary Management System (Gestion des Salaires) for a company to streamline employee payroll processing. The system allows HR/admins to:

? Add new employees with personal and job-related information

? Track monthly salary history with detailed breakdowns (base salary, bonuses, deductions like CNSS, AMO, IPE, IGR)

? Update salaries each month without overwriting previous data — the system keeps historical records

? Generate reports showing salary evolution per employee

?️ Store and retrieve records for legal or administrative use

Technologies used:

Backend: Python with Flask

Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Database: MySQL

Tools: OpenPyXL (for Excel export), Jinja2 (templating)
