Interactive HR Data Dashboard & Attrition Driver Analysis (Excel)

Developed a user-friendly BI tool in Excel that allows HR stakeholders to investigate the key correlates of employee turnover, identifying relationships between overtime, work-life balance (WLB), and resignation rates.

The Execution:

Dimensional Modeling: Built multiple Pivot Tables on different dimensions of HR transactional data to summarize performance across departments, experience levels, and employee satisfaction metrics.

Interactive Controls: Implemented linked Slicers ("Work Life Balance" and "Department") so management can interactively filter the entire dashboard view.

Professional Visualization: Developed custom, non-cluttered visualizations (Pie Chart and Line Trend) integrated into a modern, minimalist dark-canvas design with standardized typography.

Impact: Delivered a standalone, zero-code interactive analytical solution that empowers non-technical HR managers to explore attrition patterns themselves, removing reporting latency.
