HR Analytics Dashboard Project

I developed an interactive HR Dashboard designed to transform raw employee data into clear, actionable insights.

In this project, I focused on:

Cleaning and transforming data using Power Query

Handling missing values and improving data consistency

Creating dynamic KPIs to measure key HR metrics

Building interactive slicers for flexible filtering and better user experience

Designing a clean, professional layout for effective storytelling

The dashboard highlights important insights such as workforce distribution, performance indicators, and overall HR trends — helping decision-makers understand the bigger picture quickly and efficiently.

This project reflects my ability to not only work with data technically, but also present it in a meaningful and business-oriented way.
