Systematic literature search across 5 major databases: PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, Cochrane, and ClinicalTrials.gov.

Rigorous Risk of Bias Assessment using the ROBINS-I tool for non-randomized studies.

Data extraction and management using Rayyan and EndNote for efficient screening and deduplication.
