This project is an Excel-based management system designed for Golden Power Electric Factory to organize, analyze, and track the factory’s operational and financial data in a clear and efficient way.
The Excel file was structured into multiple sheets to manage key business areas such as product records, inventory tracking, supplier data, sales transactions, and basic financial calculations. Logical organization and consistent formatting were applied to ensure clarity and ease of use for non-technical users.
Advanced Excel features were utilized, including formulas, functions, and data validation to automate calculations, reduce human error, and improve accuracy. Charts and summary tables were created to provide quick insights into performance, inventory status, and sales trends, supporting better decision-making.
This project demonstrates strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of basic factory operations and data management, making it suitable for administrative, MIS, and business support roles.
