Maintain office records, including personnel files, contracts, and confidential company documents.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements, including health and safety protocols,

to maintain a safe and secure work environment.

Assist in human resource functions, such as coordinating recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, and

maintaining employee records.

Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement on platforms such as Facebook,

Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Create and curate engaging content, including posts, graphics, videos, and blogs, to promote the company's products and

services, especially in the elevator and escalator industry.

Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, questions, and comments, responding promptly to maintain positive

relationships with followers.

Analyze social media performance, track key metrics (engagement, impressions, reach, etc.), and generate reports to

evaluate campaign effectiveness.

Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing targeting, budgets, and ad creative for maximum

ROI.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns, product launches,

and promotions.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and social media best practices to ensure content is relevant, engaging, and aligned

with industry standards.

Engage with online communities, building relationships with industry influencers, customers, and potential partners to

expand brand reach.

Manage the company's social media calendar, ensuring consistent and timely posting to maintain a steady online presence.

Conduct market research to understand competitor activity and identify opportunities to differentiate the company's social
