1. HR & Payroll Self-Service

Employees can submit leave/vacation requests, view balances, and track approvals directly through the ESS portal. The system manages cut-off dates for requests and ensures that employees cannot cancel after deadlines.

Payroll deductions related to specific activities (such as resort reservations) are automated, with options to define deduction percentages and profit-share installments.

Employees can access and manage their personal documents and HR records, supporting digital HR operations.

2. Reservation & Benefits Management

The ESS includes modules for special programs, such as resort reservations for employees. This module handles:

Reservation dates and cut-off management

Unit pricing and availability

Automated confirmation and follow-up emails (including surveys after use)

Integration with payroll for deductions

3. Workflow Automation & Approvals

All requests (leave, benefits, settlements, etc.) are routed through automated workflows for approval, reducing manual HR intervention and increasing transparency. [ESS problem]
