Oro Square Commercial Complex – BIM, 2D/3D Landscape Design

This project involves the design and development of Oro Square, a mixed-use commercial complex located in Saudi Arabia.

The scope of work included full landscape design development, starting from 2D drawings to detailed 3D visualization and presentation outputs.

BIM modeling using Revit for accurate spatial coordination

3D visualization and rendering (day & night scenes)

Short animation videos for design presentation

Landscape design development and spatial planning

Quantity takeoff and material estimation for all landscape works

Outcome

The project aimed to deliver a complete design package that integrates functionality, aesthetics, and accurate quantity analysis, suitable for client presentation and project execution stages.
