When I first received the MISUO Furniture dataset, it looked like endless rows of raw numbers. But behind those numbers were powerful stories waiting to be uncovered.
Through careful data cleaning and structuring—fixing inconsistent formats, standardizing product details, and handling missing values—I was able to transform messy data into a reliable foundation for analysis.
By focusing on key KPIs, I uncovered insights that mattered:

To make these insights clear and practical, I built interactive dashboards that allowed management to explore data dynamically, compare performance across regions and products, and track delivery efficiency in real time.
