عمل داشبورد تفاعلي وتحليل وتنظيف البيانات واستخراج KPI لزيادة وتحليل المبيعات والاعمال لشركة مبيعات

مشروع تحليل بيانات اشتغلت عليه بأستخدام Microsoft Excel مع استخدام اكواد VBA

وكان الهدف منه استخراج رؤى حقيقية من بيانات المبيعات تدعم اتخاذ القرار.

أهم المهام اللي نفذتها في المشروع :-

تنظيف البيانات والتعامل مع البيانات الناقصة والبيانات الخاطئة

عمل التحليلات اللازمة واستخراج اسباب انخفاض بعض المبيعات

تحليل شامل لأداء المبيعات واستخراج مؤشرات أداء (KPIs) مثل :-

إجمالي المبيعات

? متوسط السعر

عدد العملاء

أعلى المنتجات مبيعًا

️ تحليل المبيعات حسب المدن

تأثير تأخر توصيل المنتجات في الموعد على نسبة المبيعات

قمت بتصميم مجموعة من الرسوم البيانية التفاعلية لتوضيح النتائج بشكل بصري احترافي.

من أهم الملاحظات اللي ظهرت من التحليل إن بعض المدن والمنتجات كانت تسيطر على النسبة الأكبر من المبيعات، وإن تأخر توصيل الطلبات في الموعد كانت بتأثر على المبيعات بشكل واضح.

المشروع ده ساعدني أطور مهاراتي في التعامل مع البيانات ، واستخراج KPIs مفيدة، وربط الأرقام بتحليل تجاري فعلي.

I'm proud to share with you a data analysis project I recently worked on using advanced Microsoft Excel with VBA code.

The goal was to extract real insights from sales data to support decision-making.

The most important tasks I completed in the project

Data cleaning and handling missing and incorrect data

Conducting the necessary analyses and identifying the reasons for some sales declines

Comprehensive analysis of sales performance and extraction of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as:

Total sales

Average price ?

Number of customers

Top-selling products

Sales analysis by city ️

The impact of delayed product delivery on sales rates

I designed a set of interactive charts to visually illustrate the results in a professional manner.

One of the most important observations that emerged from the analysis was that certain cities and products were controlling the largest percentage of sales, and that delayed delivery of orders had a significant impact on sales.

This project helped me develop my data handling skills, extract useful KPIs, and link the numbers to actual business analysis.
