Online exam website multiple choice using PHP7 with MySQL the website have user registration system the user can create an account in the site an enroll quizzes or exam in any specialist like medicine, graphic, technology and so others and the users can add questions to the site but after the admin approve it, have three types of user (Admin, Teacher, User) the teacher only can add questions but the Admin can approve the users and approve the questions.
