AI-Powered OCR & Human-in-the-Loop System for Sports Assessment Forms

Built a Python/FastAPI OCR web app to digitize scanned sports assessment forms and convert athlete measurements/test scores into Excel templates and PDF reports. The workflow combines Google Vision OCR, AI-assisted parsing, validation rules, fuzzy name matching, and a human review screen for missing/uncertain values. Optimized batch processing by ~50%, with future work targeting another 20–25% reduction. Demo/redacted data only.
