HR Analytics Dashboard using Excel

In this project, I developed an interactive HR dashboard using Microsoft Excel to analyze employee data and uncover key workforce insights.

The dataset includes 1,470 records with detailed information on demographics, departments, income, attrition, job roles, and more.

Key Features:

PivotTables to calculate KPIs like average monthly income, age distributions.

Interactive slicers for filtering data by department, gender, job role.

Clean and visual dashboard summarizing key HR metrics

Data-driven answers to questions like:

Which department has the highest income average?

What is the average income by job role?

Is there a relationship between work life balance and monthly income?

Tools Used:

Excel (PivotTables, Slicers, Conditional Formatting, Charts)

This dashboard is designed to support HR decision-making by providing insights into employee retention, performance, and compensation trends.
