HR Employee Attrition Dashboard

"قمت بتصميم لوحة معلومات تفاعلية باستخدام Power BI لتحليل معدل دوران الموظفين (Employee Attrition) في قسم الموارد البشرية. تهدف اللوحة إلى مساعدة الإدارة في تتبع حالات الاستقالة أو الفصل ومعرفة الأسباب الشائعة بناءً على البيانات المتاحة.

سنوات الخبرة

الأقسام المختلفة

الرضا الوظيفي

ساعات العمل

الرواتب

تم استخدام الرسوم البيانية الدائرية، الأعمدة، ومؤشرات الأداء (KPIs) لعرض البيانات بشكل مرئي وسهل الفهم. البيانات المستخدمة كانت تجريبية من مصدر مفتوح، وتم تنظيفها وتجهيزها داخل Power Query."

I developed a professional interactive dashboard using Power BI to analyze employee attrition in

Human Resources departments.

The dashboard provides deep insights into the reasons behind employee resignation or termination by exploring various factors:

Age distribution

Years at the company

Department-wise attrition

Job satisfaction

Monthly income

Working hours

Performance rating

The data was cleaned and transformed using Power Query, and visualized with dynamic charts and KPI cards to support decision-making and HR strategy.

This dashboard was built using public HR dataset and demonstrates my ability to apply data visualization and storytelling in real-world business contexts.
