A web application that predicts a user's heart

disease risk (Low, Medium, High) based on

personal and medical data like age, BMI,

smoking/alcohol habits, and existing conditions.

The risk percentage and results are saved in the

user’s profile. Users can also browse a list of

heart doctors with ratings, contact info, and

locations for follow-up .
