RFID cabinet access control system designed for Reichle & De-Massari Holding AG to enhance security and efficiency in various environments. This innovative system utilizes RFID technology to provide secure access to cabinet doors, enabling seamless monitoring and control of cabinet access.

Key Features:

RFID Card Access: Each cabinet door is equipped with an RFID device, ensuring secure access control based on authorized user credentials.

Gateway Connectivity: A centralized gateway device serves as a bridge between the RFID devices and the server, facilitating seamless communication and data transmission.

Scalability: The system supports up to 8 RFID devices per gateway, providing scalability to accommodate varying cabinet access requirements.

Real-time Event Reporting: Any access event or activity is promptly reported and transmitted to the server, enabling users to monitor and analyze access logs in real-time.

Responsibilities:

In this project, utilizing a previouslly designed RFID PCB, my primary responsibility encompassed the development of firmware for the gateway and RFID devices, as well as the hardware scheme design of the gateway. This involved:

Firmware Development: I engineered firmware solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability of the gateway and RFID devices.

Hardware Scheme Design: designed the hardware scheme of the gateway, considering factors such as power efficiency, signal integrity. Through rigorous testing and iteration, The hardware design was optimized to meet the system's performance and scalability requirements.
