HR Analytics Dashboard – Employee Promotion & Retrenchment Insights

Designed and developed an interactive HR dashboard using Power BI to analyze employee status across a company of 1,470 employees. The goal was to identify individuals due for promotion or retrenchment, monitor job satisfaction trends, and provide actionable insights for HR decision-making. The dashboard includes dynamic filtering, gender distribution, overtime analysis, and job-role-specific indicators.
