Acadome

This project is an Android mobile application developed using Java and XML in Android Studio, designed to enhance communication and academic management between university students, teachers, and administrators. The admin has full control to create accounts for both students and teachers and assign each teacher to the specific modules they are responsible for. Once assigned, teachers can view the list of students enrolled in their modules and input their grades accordingly. Each student, upon logging in, can view the grades assigned to them by their professors. If a grade has not yet been assigned, it will appear as empty.

The system automatically calculates the overall average once all module grades are submitted by the respective teachers. Additionally, the app includes a feature where students can simulate their average by inputting hypothetical grades, allowing them to estimate their final score in advance.

Students can also send questions or reclamations to the administration directly through the app. The admin, upon logging in, can view all student messages and respond accordingly. This app provides a simplified academic communication tool that helps streamline grading, average calculation, and feedback across the department.

هذا المشروع هو تطبيق موبايل على نظام أندرويد، تم تطويره باستخدام Java وXML في Android Studio، ويهدف إلى تحسين التواصل والإدارة الأكاديمية بين الطلبة، الأساتذة، والإدارة داخل الجامعة. يمتلك المسؤول (الإدارة) صلاحية إنشاء حسابات للأساتذة والطلبة، وربط كل أستاذ بالوحدات التعليمية (المقاييس) التي يدرسها.

عند تسجيل الدخول، يمكن للأستاذ مشاهدة قائمة الطلبة المسجلين في مقرره، وتسجيل العلامات الخاصة بكل طالب. وعند تسجيل الدخول من طرف الطالب، يمكنه الإطلاع على علاماته التي قام الأستاذ بإدخالها، وفي حال لم يتم إدخال العلامة بعد، تظهر فارغة.

بمجرد أن يقوم كل الأساتذة بإدخال العلامات لجميع الطلبة في كل المقاييس، يتم حساب المعدل العام تلقائيًا من قبل النظام. كما يتيح التطبيق للطالب إدخال علامات افتراضية لحساب معدل تقريبي، مما يسمح له بتوقّع نتيجته قبل الإعلان الرسمي عن العلامات.

يمكن للطلبة أيضًا إرسال أسئلة أو شكاوى مباشرة إلى الإدارة من خلال التطبيق، حيث يتمكن المسؤول عند تسجيل دخوله من رؤية جميع الرسائل والاستفسارات والرد عليها. يوفر هذا التطبيق أداة فعالة وبسيطة لتسهيل عملية المتابعة والتواصل الأكاديمي داخل القسم الجامعي.
