As the Team Lead and Full Stack Developer for the Borcelle project, I spearheaded the development of a cutting-edge e-commerce platform tailored for women's fashion, utilizing the latest Next.js technology for both front-end and back-end. Leading a skilled team, I oversaw the creation of two integrated applications: a customer-facing e-commerce store and a comprehensive admin dashboard. For the customer app, I designed a fully functional e-commerce experience, featuring product listings, search filters, a shopping cart, and secure checkout, optimized for seamless navigation and performance across devices. For the admin app, I architected a robust dashboard with advanced analytics, including sales charts, order management, customer insights, and product creation tools, enabling efficient store management and data-driven decisions. Leveraging my expertise in Next.js, I ensured both applications boasted responsive designs, optimized load times, and a modern UI, while integrating full-stack capabilities to handle API development, database management, and authentication. My leadership drove the successful delivery of a scalable, user-centric platform that blends style and functionality for both customers and administrators.
