Dalalik is a comprehensive real estate solution engineered to address key challenges in the Yemeni property market, such as lack of transparency, difficulty in finding suitable properties, and complex procedures. The project encompasses both a web platform and a mobile application (developed using Flutter ) providing users (clients and property providers) with detailed and verified property information, direct communication channels, and advanced tools like AI-driven recommendations and smart search functionalities. The system aims to create a trustworthy and efficient environment for real estate transactions, initially focusing on Ibb province with plans for nationwide expansion. The platform also features a smart dashboard for admins, office providers, and users, with advanced security measures .
