HR Analytics Dashboard – Power BI

I designed and developed an interactive HR Analytics Dashboard using Microsoft Power BI to provide full insight into workforce data and support data-driven decision-making for HR teams and management.

This dashboard consolidates employee data into a single, intuitive view, allowing HR stakeholders to quickly monitor key workforce metrics such as headcount, gender distribution, service years, promotion eligibility, and employee status.

The goal of the project is to transform raw HR data into actionable insights through dynamic visuals and automated calculations.
