Given the sensitive nature of financial data, the primary objective is to identify and eliminate any bugs, usability issues, or security loopholes by acting as an end user and executing predefined test cases.

Scope of Testing:

Functional Testing:

Login & Authentication: Verify secure user login, multi-factor authentication (if applicable), and proper session handling.

Account Management: Check features like viewing account details, balances, transaction history, account statements, etc.

Fund Transfers: Validate intra-bank and inter-bank fund transfer features, transfer limits, confirmation messages, and transaction success/failure handling.

Bill Payments & Recharge: Test bill payment options (electricity, phone, etc.) and ensure they function correctly with confirmation receipts.

Loan Applications: Verify the loan request process, form validations, and application status tracking.

UI/UX Testing:

Ensure that the layout is clean, buttons are responsive, and error/success messages are clear and well-placed.

Test responsiveness on mobile and tablet devices.

Security Testing (Basic):

Check if password fields are encrypted and masked.

Validate that restricted pages are inaccessible without login.

Attempt actions like back-button logout and URL manipulation to detect potential vulnerabilities.

Input Validation & Error Handling:

Test all user input forms for required fields, proper format, and appropriate error messages.

Check for SQL injection and XSS attempts in text fields (manually simulated).

Transaction Testing:

Execute transactions and verify:

Debits and credits are reflected accurately.

Transaction IDs are unique and generated.

SMS/email alerts are triggered.
