I present to you my project on customer data analysis, order tracking, and performance measurement (KPIs), as well as assessing customer satisfaction with the provided services.

To achieve this, I utilized a set of essential tools:

Power Query: Used for cleaning, transforming, and preparing the data, ensuring it was ready for analysis.

Power Pivot: Since I was working with multiple files, I leveraged Power Pivot for data modeling, enabling me to establish relationships between tables and analyze them collectively.

KPIs Tracking: I defined and tracked KPIs to measure the project's success and evaluate whether targets were met.

Pivot Tables & Charts: Finally, I used Pivot Tables to build insightful charts and apply filters to the data, helping answer key business challenges.

This project provided valuable insights into business performance and customer behavior, supporting data-driven decision-making.
