A services intermediary project between users and real estate developers, where the real estate developer registers the data for their project. Each project contains a set of units, whether villas or residential units. The developer then adds clients to these units through their dashboard by entering the required owner information.

The owner can view this information via their user application, where the unit details are displayed. If there are any changes to the agreed-upon unit or villa, the owner can enter notes about any defects found and request maintenance. The administration then assigns the request to a technician to follow up on the issue until the required service is completed
