Peak hours: 10:00–14:00.

Busiest day: Wednesday.

Top age group: 70–79 years.

Recommendations for Improvement:

1- Optimize staffing during peak hours and on Wednesdays.

2- Streamline triage and implement digital queue systems.

3- Enhance communication to improve patient satisfaction.

4- Focus on elderly care with dedicated resources.

5- Train staff on efficient referral processes.

6- Address gender-specific healthcare needs.

7- Promote cultural sensitivity and multilingual support.

8- Increase awareness about underutilized departments.
