Data Analyst Job Salary Analysis

Project Overview:

In this project, I developed a Power BI dashboard to analyze the average salaries of Data Analysts across various countries, focusing on salary distribution by job titles (Junior, Mid-level, Senior, Exclusive). The dashboard was designed to provide quick insights into salary trends based on job titles and regions, making it easy for decision-makers and job seekers to understand global compensation trends.

1. KPI Cards for Quick Salary Insights :

I used KPI Cards to display key metrics such as the average salary across different job titles. The roles were categorized into Junior, Mid-level, Senior, and Exclusive, with the average salary for each level being presented in an easy-to-digest format.

2. Average Salary by Job Title :

A reference chart was created to showcase the average salaries for each job title. This feature provides a clear understanding of salary trends within different job titles, allowing users to compare salaries across Junior, Mid-level, and Senior roles.

3. Country-Level Salary Matrix :

I designed a matrix that shows the average salary for Data Analyst roles across different countries, broken down by job title. This allows users to compare salary data by country and gain insights into salary variations across global markets.

4. Top 5 Highest-Paid Job Roles :

A bar chart was used to highlight the top 5 highest-paying Data Analyst roles. This provides a clear visual of the most lucrative opportunities within the field and helps job seekers identify the best-paying roles available.
