A highly motivated professional with a strong foundation in project coordination, team leadership, and resource management. Experience:

1.Field coordinator – Starco Company (17/10/2024-till now)

•Responsibilities

Operational Coordination: Ensure effective coordination between northern and southern areas to identify waste locations, prioritize actions, and collaborate with stakeholders like the Solid Waste Management Council and UNDP.

Route and Resource Management: Plan and manage truck routes for optimal coverage, monitor diesel consumption, and ensure efficient use of resources.

Team and Waste Handling Oversight: Direct loaders and workers to handle waste properly, manage truck loading levels to prevent spillage, and maintain smooth collection processes.

Quality Assurance: Supervise waste collection operations to ensure cleanliness, minimize environmental impact, and maintain effective service standards.

2.Drainage and Stormwater Manhole Cleaning Supervisor – Municipality of Khan-Younis (14/09/2024-16/10/2024)

•Responsibilities:

Team Supervision and Task Allocation: Led a team to clean drainage systems and rainwater manholes, assigning tasks to ensure timely completion according to schedules.

Operational Oversight and Quality Assurance: Monitored work quality, ensured cleaning met required standards, and maintained functionality of tools and equipment.

Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborated with local and governmental authorities to enhance stormwater management and address challenges effectively.
