As part of my training with the Digital Egypt Pioneers initiative, I developed a comprehensive HR Dashboard Analysis using Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and DAX. This project equips organizations with key insights for data-driven workforce decisions, covering:

Employee Distribution: Analyzed job titles, departments, locations, and salary ranges.

Diversity Metrics: Provided insights into gender, ethnicity, and education levels.

Performance & Satisfaction: Broke down performance and satisfaction by job level and department.

Attrition Trends: Identified turnover patterns by location, age, and job category.

Compensation Breakdown: Focused on salaries, bonuses, and departmental comparisons.

Hiring vs. Attrition: Tracked trends over time for workforce challenges.

Key insights revealed the highest performance in IT and Engineering, while attrition was most significant in the U.S. and Brazil. This project demonstrates my ability to provide actionable data for HR decision-making.
