I created an interactive Sales Performance Dashboard to track sales against budget across various dimensions. The dashboard includes:

Sales vs. Budget KPI: Displays total sales vs. the budget with a calculated difference.

Sales Breakdown by Country and Category: Highlights top-performing countries and product categories.

Top 10 Products: Lists the highest-grossing products.

Monthly Trends: Shows sales and budget trends over time.

Global Sales Map: Visualizes sales by region for a global overview.
