The marketing strategic plan for the FIFA Medical Center of Excellence-Dubai, year 2017 drafted here is based on two different techniques:

- A “Fishbone Diagram” technique which is used to identify the strategic areas of developments and introduce it to the hospital’s management in a simple and friendly-interface visual form.

- A time-framed “Action Plan” whereby determined tasks are listed, actions recommended for implementation, and assignees are delegated.
