تصميم صندوق تروس ب 3 مراحل

تصميم صندوق تروس بنسبة تخفيض 1:24 بواسطة 3 مجموعات متتابعة من التروس بنسب 1:4 و 1:3 و 1:2. تضمن المشروع:

- رسم مخطط ثنائي الأبعاد لصندوق التروس لتحديد أماكن التروس وأعمدة الدوران.

- استخدام تروس (ترس عدل) من مكتبة SolidWorks بعدد الأسنان المطلوب لتحقيق نسب التخفيض واختيار رولمان البلي المناسب.

- تصميم أعمدة الدوارن المطلوبة لتركيب التروس عليها.

Design a simple gearbox with a 1:24 gear ratio performed by 3 gear sets with reduction ratios 1/4, 1/3, and 1/2 respectively.

The project included:

- Drawing the 2D layout of the gearbox to define the positions of gears and shafts.

- Importing spur gears from the SolidWorks Design Library with the number of teeth needed to achieve the reduction ratio and the required bearings.

- Designing the shafts needed to mount the gears on.
