- هندسة عكسية (Reverse Engineering) للقطع الفعلية أو ملفات STL إلى نماذج SolidWorks دقيقة

- مراجعة وتحسين التصميم ليكون جاهزًا للطباعة ثلاثية الأبعاد (3D Printing)

- تحليل الإجهادات والاهتزازات (FEA) باستخدام Ansys وSolidWorks لاكتشاف مشاكل التصميم قبل التنفيذ

- إنتاج فيديوهات محاكاة حركة (Motion Study) لعرض آلية عمل التصميم، سواء للتطوير أو للعرض على المستثمرين

أنا مهندس تصميم ميكانيكي حاصل على شهادة Certified SolidWorks Professional (CSWP)، بالإضافة إلى شهادتي Additive Manufacturing Associate وSimulation Associate. من أبرز أعمالي: تصميم هيكل ميزان ذكي بالكامل لصالح عميل حقيقي.

I help clients turn ideas, sketches, or physical parts into manufacturable, production-ready CAD models — whether you're building a prototype, need existing parts reverse-engineered, or want a design fixed before it goes to manufacturing.

What I can do for you:

• Turn a rough sketch, hand-measured part, or reference photo into a fully modeled, dimensioned 3D CAD assembly

• Reverse-engineer a physical product or STL file into an editable, parametric SolidWorks model

• Review and fix a design for 3D printing before you spend money on production

• Run FEA simulation (Ansys/SolidWorks) to catch structural or vibration problems before you build a physical prototype

• Create assembly animations to visualize how your mechanism moves, or to use in a pitch/demo

I'm a Certified SolidWorks CAD Design Professional (CSWP), with additional certifications in Additive Manufacturing (CSWA-AM) and Simulation (CSWA-S).

Beyond project work, I've also taught SolidWorks as a course curriculum designer and instructor for university students — so if you or your team need training (in Arabic or English) rather than or alongside a finished model, I can help with that too.
