Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting internal audits of company accounts and systems.
- Preparing monthly financial reports and executive summaries, and assisting the Finance Manager.
- Preparing product costing sheets for work-in-process.
- Authorizing payments, conducting bank reconciliations, and managing Letter of Credit documents for import purchases.
- Preparing various tax returns, including sales tax, salary tax, and withholding tax.
- Creating, reviewing, and approving monthly journal entries.
- Managing weekly check runs, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Preparing financial statements and coordinating with external auditors.
