The project focuses on developing an Information System tailored for
managing daycare services for children. This system streamlines
various processes, including application, initial acceptance, interview
scheduling, child evaluation, administrative tasks, supervision, and
stakeholder communication. Parents begin by completing a form with
personal details about their child. An evaluator then reviews the
submitted data and grants initial acceptance if the criteria are met.
Parents receive email notifications about interview scheduling with
an assigned interviewer, who evaluates the child's suitability.
Administrators are crucial in staff selection, group formation, and
event planning within the daycare center. Supervisors manage
attendance, issue notifications, compile weekly reports, and arrange
meals. They also ensure effective communication with parents
through scheduled notifications and reporting mechanisms. Social
specialists monitor student behavior, provide guidance, and report
any behavioral concerns to parents, fostering a positive and
conducive learning environment for all children. Bus supervisors
oversee transportation logistics, including student distribution and
coordination with bus monitors. They ensure timely and efficient
transportation services, minimizing disruptions for both students and
parents. Parents actively participate in the system by inputting data,
communicating with daycare staff, and monitoring their child's
progress. This collaborative approach enhances daycare management
efficiency, promotes effective communication, and ensures the wellbeing
of children under care
