Online Shop Sales Spesicalist

My responsibilities includes:

• Perform Online Shop sales targets and KPIs.

• Maintain reports and stock records for supporting sales performance.

• Monthly financial closing to ensure all delivered shipments amounts are reflected in

company’s accounts.

• Administrate all the Online Shop website activities & Monitoring changes in website

traffic or increases in sales.

• Work with other internal departments to acquire information , relay the information to the

customer and complete customer requests..

• Manage all aspects of sales and service issues for customer accounts to ensure

customer satisfaction

• Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions,

preparing reports , making recommendations to management.

• Update Online Shop content and catalogue to match Orange sales offerings.

• Manage orders confirmation with customers and logistics required for delivery.

• Coordinate, execute, and follow up on different Online Shop project plans with business

owners, and technology team as per Orange digital marketing strategy

• Direct , optimize & coordinate full order cycle.
